Services

We offer services in all areas of case management to Courts of all sizes. A glimpse of our more important practice areas are listed below:

Active vs. Passive

Most court clerks and Magistrates are collecting and monitoring defendant's cases in a passive manner. This increases their already strenous workload. Court Clerks and Magistrates assume adminstrative or operator responsibilities, issuing arrest warrants or subpoenas, admitting to bail or committing to jail, the recall of warrants, preparing dockets, accepting pre-payment for certain offenses, and ensuring that all tickets or violations of laws have been sworn under oath.

Judicial Case Management offers a service that will be active for each individual defendant that is ordered. We actively monitor, supervise, perform drug screens,  monitor community service hours, and enforce court order payments and all other conditions that may apply to ensure sentence completion.  At Judicial Case Management, we go over and beyond to ensure compliance and completion.

Coaching not Collecting

Our Court Case Managers coach and mentor its defendants.  At Judicial Case Management, we offer instructions in a manner to aim for success for each individual probationer/client. In this field of service, we have a clear understanding that every individual comes from different socioeconomic and educational backgrounds. We are prepared to coach success and compliance to each individual probationer.

Staying Informed

We take pride in reflecting success in what we do in the service of Case Management. That is why we prepare many reports and presentations, at no request, for the Courts to keep them informed of each defendant's status. Other private probation companies are simply contract services to collect for the Criminal Courts, yet the Court is left with little information after the case has been referred.  At Judicial Case Management, we specialize in keeping the Court informed.
